RESIDENT INFORMATION
Moving in
- Be sure to call the utility companies prior to your move in date to set up your utilities. You MUST bring a confirmation number with you at time of move in. Failure to do so will result in you not moving in!

- To move in, be sure to bring all money required in the form of a money order or cashier's check. No cash is allowed. All money must be paid at time of move in.
Renewing your lease
Paying your rent
- Rent should be given to your leasing office. They will show you where you can drop it off if they are not in the office. You can also mail your rent. Please check each individual property for address information.
- You MUST write your complete address, including the apartment number, on your check or money order.
- Rent not paid by the 5th of the month, no matter what day of the week the 5th falls on, will be charged a
flat rate $50.00 late fee.
- There will be an additional $25.00 NSF fees assessed to you if your check was returned by your bank for any reason(s).
Moving out
- You are responsible for paying rent through the end of your lease term even if you decide to move out early.
- You will be given the option to have an inspection with your property manager present two weeks prior to your lease end date. The purpose of this inspection is to notify you of any chargeable damages or cleaning in your apartment. Your manager will notify you of this option when she receives a 30-Day Notice to move from you.
- Regardless of your lease expiration date, you MUST give a 30-Day Notice in Writing of your intention to move or renew.
- Should you decide to add or delete a resident, there is a $25.00 application fee payable in advance per resident, per occurrence.
